Coach Just Dropped the Most Insane Limited-Edition Tabby

Inspired by an archival Coach style from the 1970s, the Coach Tabby bag has quickly cemented itself as an icon of a generation—Gen Z, to be exact.
Born between 1997 and 2012, Gen Z is the largest generation yet, and with each passing year, its spending power increases.
Yet capturing its attention has proved to be a challenge for many brands. Coach, and its bag-led rebrand, has quickly written the blueprint, shifting consumer perception and garnering the attention of a whole new subset of consumers thanks to one iconic bag—the Tabby.
The Bag That Changed Everything for Coach
The Tabby, with its vintage-inspired details, distinctive tab-shaped closure—which gives the bag its name—and iconic bold-toned C hardware, has remained a cornerstone design for the New York-founded leather goods label, reimagined and reworked time and time again.
Forever the perfect blank canvas, this season Coach taps into its heritage Americana roots in celebration of America’s 250th birthday with a series of limited-edition Tabby bags.
The collection, co-designed with four talented artisans from across the country, taps into design techniques unique to each of them, melding heritage and craft with the art of self-expression—three cornerstone principles at the heart of the Coach brand.

The collection includes quilting, buckles, leather inlay techniques, and our personal favorite—hand tufting.
The hand-tufted, limited-edition Tabby Shoulder Bag 26 is crafted in collaboration with Brooklyn-based artist Bo Hubbard and features an intricate hand-tufted landscape motif, making it one of the coolest Coach Tabby bags ever released.
In true Coach fashion, the bag is made from the brand’s heritage glovetanned leather, evident in details like its dual strap options and leather-lined interior. Of course, it’s finished with the Tabby’s signature C hardware, which pops against the bag’s colorful body. Discover more from the collection via Coach.
