Despite the July Heat, Upper East Siders Brought Their Bag A-Game

With the Fourth of July in our rearview mirror, summer is finally in full swing, and this week we’re taking it back to Gossip Girl territory. That’s right—we spent a few sweltering days earlier this July scoping out what the Upper East Siders had to offer.
