The Scene-Stealing Bags We Spotted Outside Gucci’s Spring 2027 Show

With Demna at the helm of Gucci, we continue to be locked in as the heritage House shifts gears. Now a year in, his vision has been solidified, and with it comes a new, diverse set of fans and brand loyalists. Gucci’s Spring 2027 show made one thing clear—Demna’s Gucci is unlike the rest. A bevy of great bags showed up outside the show as guests made their way into the show space, which itself mimicked a Gucci store.

Of course, we had eyes on the ground to take it all in, and while the arrivals were some of the most chaotic we’ve seen this fashion month, there were plenty of great bags to be spotted. Some were new, some were old, and some had never before been seen off the runway.

The Borsetto, which was Demna’s first big handbag hit, continues to be a favorite, though some runners-up include newer bags like the Ristretto and the Duomo. One thing is clear: the Horsebit is a major player in Demna’s vision for Gucci. We were also excited to spot some show-stopping Gucci crystal bags, adding an extra dose of sparkle to an already bag-filled arrival scene.
