Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez Redefine the Loewe Wardrobe for Spring 2027

Across its 180-year history, Loewe has established itself as one of fashion’s most distinctive creative forces, defined by a deep-rooted commitment to craftsmanship and an enduring sense of playfulness.

Now, under the creative direction of Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, the House has entered a new chapter—one that respects its heritage while introducing a fresh design language of their own. In their first year, the duo swiftly reshaped Loewe’s identity, weaving elements of refined American sportswear into the house’s artisanal codes without losing sight of the craftsmanship at its core.

Redefining the Everyday

For Spring 2027, their vision continues to take shape as they turn their attention to the Loewe wardrobe as a whole, refining and expanding the vocabulary established in their debut to define what a modern Loewe wardrobe can be.

Ready-to-wear is as innovative as it is pragmatic. Shapes we know and love are given a new spin, like polo shirts that are cut backwards, zippered leather jackets that are finished with a soft, draped leather overlay, while resin collars are added to soft knits and classic trenches.

A New Design Vocabulary

As to be expected, the collection, which exists in a bold, bright palette, is defined by its innovative design techniques and intricate details. Silk scarves are reimagined as a unique detail on the hem of pants or at the décolletage of a dress. Elsewhere, beaded florals on dresses and mini shorts add a hint of tactility, while sheer dresses are trimmed with delicate glass beads.

New Shapes, Familiar Codes

The bags, too, explore Loewe’s codes through a new lens, like the Puzzle bag, which is given the Jack and Lazaro touch this season, reimagined in a new Featherweight East-West silhouette, designed to be worn clutched or delicately carried by its shoulder strap. It arrives in both leather and embossed croc alike.

Loewe lovers will relish in a parade of brand-new silhouettes, like the new Pasito bag, which marries the soft ease of a drawstring dustbag with the rigid construction of a classic box bag. It is shown worn clutched under the arm or carried over the shoulder. Elsewhere, the Amazona 180 is relaxed in supple leather, while a soft new messenger bag with a cord-like closure reimagines the classic Loewe knot.
