LEGO’s Ninjago Celebrates 15th Anniversary With Crocs Collaboration

Following the viral Brick Clog and a sprawling Classic Clog collection, the LEGO x Crocs partnership is moving forward by roping in one of LEGO’s most iconic flagship series. Ninjago, introduced as both a toy set series and animated TV show in 2011, is celebrating its 15th anniversary with a multi-style collaboration inspired by the story’s main character.

Ninjago is a show and toy series about LEGO ninjas. Simple enough on the surface, but the output is absolutely staggering: nearly 600 toy sets, 280 TV episodes across two shows, a movie, and a handful of specials for good measure. The concept was an immediate hit upon launching in 2011 and has maintained a cult following ever since, now given new life in its anniversary year as fans reach back for sought-after collectibles.

The Ninjago Crocs draw inspiration from Lloyd Garmadon, the “green ninja” widely regarded as the series’ main character. Adult and kids sizes will be available, both featuring their own unique takes on the character’s signature ninja garb. Crocs is also dropping a set of Jibbitz charms featuring all six “elemental masters” – Kai, Lloyd, Zane, Nya, Jay and Cole – and a 15th anniversary charm.
