For Fall 2026, Blazy continues to establish his vision for the House of Chanel, defined by its whimsicality and modern interpretation of Chanel’s most storied House codes. Chanel’s DNA is deeply woven into its history, and that DNA is explored and refreshed under Blazy’s eye, rather than completely built anew.

Matthieu Blazy Continues to Redefine Chanel’s House Codes

Bags from his first collection focused on reinventing Chanel signatures, first deconstructing them and then reconstructing them, and that theme is built upon this season with new versions of refreshed favorites like the Maxi Flap and the Cerf Tote, plus a literal take on the double flap, which features both a CC turnlock and a 2.55 Reissue turnlock.

The collection overall explored the art of transformation and was deeply inspired by the metamorphosis of a caterpillar into a butterfly. That said, there is an inherent air of whimsy present throughout the collection, and this extends to the bags this season as well.

Stunning iridescent embossed-croc bags and accessories give way to enamel-embellished Flap Bags, while a range of new silhouettes joins the Blazy lineup, including the runway’s sleek CC hobo, arriving in both leather and embossed croc.
