Elsewhere, perfectionism is challenged in the form of lived-in looks, from laminated suede designed to appear aged to evening satins that are intentionally wrinkled. The defining theme throughout? Contrast. The unexpected is to be expected, with embellished bra tops paired with sporty short-shorts or layered over rash guards.

As for the bags? Miu Miu devotees will delight in a handful of new shapes. While past seasons have relied on beloved minis like the Wander and the Arcadie, this season offers a little bit of both—familiarity and something entirely new.

Meet Miu Miu’s New Bags for Spring 2027

Take the new Retour bag, which takes the classic duffle-bag shape and reimagines it the Miu Miu way. Monochromatic contrast piping defines the silhouette, which appeared cradled under the arm in a maxi size as well as carried by hand. The style arrives in both python and smooth leather versions.

Speaking of python, colorful python defined both the bags and the ready-to-wear this season. The python finish is applied to a new tote with drawstring sides, as well as a relaxed yet distinctly cool new shoulder bag defined by a flap closure and knotted detail. The new shape arrives in hues including orange, purple, and olive green. Elsewhere, the chic ease of a clutch juxtaposes the sporty elements at play throughout the collection.
